Teams at RFA Engineering

Design, model, and document electrical and mechanical systems for off‑road mobile equipment using Creo and Windchill. Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and quality to develop cost‑effective designs, troubleshoot with electrical schematics, support assembly line issues, and compile engineering analyses and specifications for prototypes and production adoption.

Develop and integrate embedded software for vehicle machines using C/C++ or Simulink MBSD. Participate in Agile CI workflows, perform unit, integration, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop testing, troubleshoot controllers and communications, and produce software design documentation.

Support the development of electrical systems and embedded software for vehicle operation. Responsibilities include design, testing, and integration of electronic solutions.
