Supports fabrication and assembly quality by identifying reliability trends, tracking quality metrics, analyzing failures, and recommending corrective actions. The role supports New Product Introduction programs, performs Weibull and statistical analyses, communicates findings to design teams, and identifies product-quality improvements. Work is fully onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation supporting embedded software development. Manage builds, testing, integration, packaging, releases, source control, branching, dependencies, and development environments. Create scripts and utilities, support C/C++ embedded software integration, improve automated testing, document processes, and collaborate with software, validation, and systems engineers in Agile teams.

Provides advanced technical support for telematics connectivity, electrical systems, communication networks, embedded controllers, and connected equipment. Investigates escalated issues, performs root-cause analysis, interprets schematics and system data, reproduces problems with engineering tools, documents findings, and coordinates resolutions with customers, dealers, product support, and engineering teams. The role is onsite in Mossville, Illinois, with travel within the United States up to 25%.
