Teams at RFA Engineering

Leads strategy, roadmaps, requirements, backlog prioritization, release planning, and execution for software products supporting precision agriculture and intelligent machine systems. Partners with customers, stakeholders, systems engineers, software developers, and testers to define valuable features, manage product delivery, analyze feedback and performance, and improve product processes. The role requires software development lifecycle experience and familiarity with Agile, embedded systems, vehicle communication protocols, and engineering tools.

Develop, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and commission PLC/HMI software and industrial control systems for automated machinery. Program PLCs, configure networks and drives, develop motion-control functions, support robotics and machine vision, and conduct FAT/SAT activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams while creating software documentation, test procedures, and as-built records.

Designs and supports electrical and controls systems for cranes, gantries, material-handling equipment, and complex industrial machinery. Responsibilities include electrical schematics, control-panel layouts, power distribution, wiring, motor and drive systems, motion controls, safety interlocks, functional-safety applications, design reviews, fabrication support, commissioning, troubleshooting, Factory Acceptance Testing, and final documentation. Coordinates with mechanical and software engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
