Teams at RFA Engineering

Serve as technical liaison between sales, customers, and engineering to design and recommend hydraulic system solutions. Support quoting, proposals, technical presentations, troubleshooting, and customer relationship growth. Travel to customer sites (~20%) and collaborate with engineering to ensure successful application execution and training.

Design and layout electrical wiring systems and harnesses for off-highway/mobile equipment using CAD. Build and test prototype harnesses, create electrical schematics, optimize component selection, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing, and support production launch and validation.

The Vehicle Dynamics Engineer will provide analytical support, develop dynamic performance specifications, create simulation models, and resolve system stability issues.
