Define requirements, prioritize backlogs, establish product metrics, ensure healthcare compliance, and help integrate AI into care delivery. The role requires experience scaling consumer health products, building AI or machine learning features, and operating effectively in a regulated startup environment.

Own Rezilient’s end-to-end events function across B2B, B2B2C, and company-led experiences. Responsibilities include event strategy, calendar planning, vendor and venue management, budgeting, logistics, attendee experience, on-site execution, cross-functional coordination, sales enablement, member activations, and post-event measurement. The role will build scalable event processes, track pipeline and engagement outcomes, and support brand growth, patient engagement, and utilization.

Own end-to-end UX design for a consumer healthcare mobile app, from research and workflow mapping through prototyping, production delivery, and post-launch iteration. Design member-facing care, health data, AI-assisted experiences, clinical workflows, and care-team coordination. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Growth, Quality, and Compliance while conducting user research, building reusable design systems, ensuring accessibility, and designing transparent, safe AI interactions.

Leads healthcare customer and health system implementations from handoff through launch and transition to ongoing support. Builds project plans, tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, readiness, and deliverables; coordinates technical, clinical, operational, product, sales, engineering, and customer stakeholders. Manages EHR integration workstreams, launch communications, reporting, documentation, handoffs, and process improvement while ensuring on-time, safe, and high-quality go-lives.

Owns enterprise employer and health system partnerships, serving as the primary client contact and driving engagement, utilization, and adoption. Responsibilities include analyzing healthcare utilization data, leading business reviews, developing engagement campaigns, supporting sales and growth efforts, representing the company at client events, and informing product, clinical, and operational improvements. Requires extensive collaboration with HR, benefits, executive, sales, clinical, and customer success stakeholders, plus approximately 20% nationwide travel.
