Owns enterprise employer and health system partnerships, serving as the primary client contact and driving engagement, utilization, and adoption. Responsibilities include analyzing healthcare utilization data, leading business reviews, developing engagement campaigns, supporting sales and growth efforts, representing the company at client events, and informing product, clinical, and operational improvements. Requires extensive collaboration with HR, benefits, executive, sales, clinical, and customer success stakeholders, plus approximately 20% nationwide travel.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing for B2B2C and B2B audiences, building multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, in-app) in Customer.io and HubSpot. Partner cross-functionally to define segments, triggers, and campaigns, use data and AI to optimize performance, ensure HIPAA-compliant communications, and drive activation, retention, and advocacy.
