Lead IT projects and client implementations from planning through go-live and the first 90 days post-launch. Responsibilities include managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, requirements, risks, deliverables, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Performs comprehensive manual and automated testing of healthcare SaaS, PaaS, web applications, APIs, integrations, databases, reports, and user workflows. Develops risk-based test plans, executes functional and regression testing, evaluates usability and accessibility, documents and tracks defects, validates privacy and security controls, and provides release-readiness recommendations. Collaborates in Agile ceremonies while improving automation coverage, QA processes, test data, documentation, and quality metrics.

Design, develop, test, and support backend cloud-native services and REST APIs using C#/.NET. Build and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries. Deploy and manage infrastructure in AWS using Terraform. Integrate AI-assisted and agentic coding tools, participate in architecture, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and Agile processes.
