Prototype and ship full-stack features using React, Next.js, Node.js, Java, Python, databases, cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD. Own relationships with startup founders and leadership teams while managing multiple client projects across HR, compliance, finance, and business operations. Track milestones, deliverables, service levels, and operational risks; coordinate internal specialists and external partners; prepare insights, dashboards, review decks, and status reports; support platform implementation and adoption; and identify opportunities for client retention and service expansion.

Own HR operations for contract and on-roll manufacturing talent, including onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, attendance, shifts, recruitment, compliance, vendor management, engagement, dashboards, and reporting. Translate shop-floor realities into practical people policies and systems while partnering with operations, engineering, legal, finance, and leadership. The role is initially a six-month contract with potential full-time conversion.

The Associate Brand Manager will develop and maintain brand consistency, create visual and video content, write brand-aligned copy, manage social media calendars, execute campaigns, track engagement, coordinate vendors and creative partners, and support live brand activations. The role requires hands-on storytelling, design, AI-assisted content creation, campaign reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.

Co-architect the company’s technical foundation by designing and rapidly prototyping products with the founder. Build across the full stack, including front end, back end, APIs, infrastructure, and AI integrations. Make architectural decisions, establish DevOps and deployment practices, evaluate emerging technologies, manage vendors and contractors, mentor contributors, and help shape engineering culture while transitioning toward technical leadership.
