Prototype and ship full-stack features using React, Next.js, Node.js, Java, Python, databases, cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD. Build AI-powered systems with LangChain, LLM APIs, and RAG pipelines. Collaborate through pair programming, write modular code, experiment rapidly, and contribute to live projects under senior engineering guidance. High-performing interns may receive performance-based compensation and transition to full-time engineering roles.

Own relationships with startup founders and leadership teams while managing multiple client projects across HR, compliance, finance, and business operations. Track milestones, deliverables, service levels, and operational risks; coordinate internal specialists and external partners; prepare insights, dashboards, review decks, and status reports; support platform implementation and adoption; and identify opportunities for client retention and service expansion.

Own HR operations for contract and on-roll manufacturing talent, including onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, attendance, shifts, recruitment, compliance, vendor management, engagement, dashboards, and reporting. Translate shop-floor realities into practical people policies and systems while partnering with operations, engineering, legal, finance, and leadership. The role is initially a six-month contract with potential full-time conversion.
