Provides administrative and operational support to commercial insurance underwriters by preparing documents, updating Guidewire and other systems, maintaining underwriting files, responding to routine broker requests, gathering submission information, and supporting documentation accuracy and compliance.

The Senior Accountant supports corporate accounting and financial reporting through month-end, quarterly, and annual close activities, reconciliations, consolidations, variance analysis, audit preparation, and accounting controls. The role also contributes to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, finance transformation, system implementations, acquisitions, integrations, and process improvement. The position requires a CPA, strong IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and 3–7 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.

The Senior IT Governance Analyst maintains and improves IT governance processes, controls, procedures, and documentation. Responsibilities include identity and access management, privileged access reviews, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Purview governance, technology asset management, ServiceNow-based service management, audit support, compliance evidence collection, risk management, and corrective actions. The role collaborates with infrastructure, cybersecurity, development, compliance, and external partner teams.

Leads the organization’s Operational Support function, overseeing governance, strategic direction, operational capacity, quality assurance, continuous improvement, performance metrics, and resource allocation. Develops managers and national teams while promoting accountability, autonomy, service quality, and operational excellence. Partners with organizational leaders to align processes with business objectives and supports underwriting teams across Canada.

Develop and coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns, corporate communications, product marketing materials, sales tools, website and social content, and brand initiatives. The role supports underwriting and business development teams, manages external vendors, coordinates events and launches, measures campaign performance, and maintains consistent communications across Canadian and U.S. markets. Success requires strong French and English communication skills, excellent writing ability, project coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Own day-to-day accounting for the US division, including general ledger, payables, receivables, cash management, reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close. Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Support insurance and MGA accounting, audits, taxes, internal controls, and process improvements. Partner with underwriting, operations, finance, and leadership to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting, workflows, automation, and financial infrastructure.

Leads corporate accounting and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including consolidation, financial reporting, reconciliations, complex journal entries, audit support, and control compliance. Manages and develops an accounting team while driving automation, standardization, continuous improvement, and finance transformation initiatives. Serves as a technical accounting advisor and contributes to strategic integration and process optimization projects.
