Provide Level 2/3 production support and development for U.S. commercial insurance products on Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, gather business requirements, configure products, develop using Gosu and PCF, support integrations and batch processes, conduct testing and deployments, and document solutions. The role partners with underwriting, business teams, architecture, development teams, and managed service providers.

Leads commercial insurance risk-management and claims-support activities, monitoring insured performance, claims activity, loss trends, exposure changes, and compliance concerns. Evaluates risks, implements corrective actions, supports underwriting decisions, and recommends mitigation strategies. Supervises designated Risk/Claims Support staff by setting priorities, assigning work, providing training, reviewing quality, and delivering feedback. Partners with underwriters, claims teams, agents, insureds, carriers, and service providers while preparing risk reports and improving processes.

Analyzes client financial statements, cash flow, profitability, liquidity, and overall financial strength to support commercial surety underwriting decisions. Reviews new and existing accounts, assesses construction and contractor risks, recommends underwriting terms, monitors portfolio exposure, and maintains accurate documentation. The role also supports brokers with technical guidance, develops business relationships, contributes to negotiations, and participates in professional development related to surety, finance, and construction.
