Leads Revance’s enterprise intelligence transformation, owning data architecture, semantic governance, AI and ML platforms, commercial intelligence, and actionable reporting. Builds and leads data engineering, data science, and analytics teams; establishes DataOps, MLOps, governance, quality, lineage, observability, and AI guardrails. Integrates intelligence into CRM, ordering, loyalty, and digital workflows to improve revenue, conversion, retention, and customer value. Requires executive leadership, scalable platform architecture, recommendation systems, and significant data and AI experience.

Leads strategic sourcing across direct and indirect spend categories, including RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, total-cost analysis, negotiations, and contract development. Sources pharmaceutical materials such as chemicals, APIs, and packaging components while supporting FDA-regulated change control and cGMP requirements. Partners with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Legal, and commercial teams on supplier qualification, performance, transitions, disruptions, cost savings, and process improvements.

Develops and executes influencer and organic social strategies to increase brand awareness, channel growth, community engagement, and sales. Responsibilities include creating social content, monitoring trends and metrics, managing influencer relationships and campaigns, maintaining content calendars, posting across brand channels, engaging followers, and analyzing campaign performance. The role collaborates with marketing, creative, and internal and external partners across skincare brands.

Provides on-floor quality assurance support for pharmaceutical manufacturing, filling, and packaging operations. Performs in-process inspections, batch record reviews, equipment clearance oversight, deviation documentation, SOP support, and regulatory compliance activities. The role requires adherence to cGMP, GDP, data integrity, QMS, and applicable regulations while collaborating with production staff and escalating issues to senior QA personnel.

Prepares and manages domestic and international medical device regulatory submissions, registrations, renewals, and amendments. Interprets global regulations, evaluates product changes, develops regulatory strategies, reviews labeling and promotional materials, and supports audits and inspections. The role manages documentation for FDA, EU, and multiple international authorities while monitoring evolving regulatory requirements and coordinating cross-functional compliance activities.

Provides quality assurance oversight for GxP facilities, utilities, equipment, analytical instruments, and computerized systems supporting biologic drug products. Coordinates change controls, deviations, CAPAs, investigations, validation activities, audits, quality metrics, inspection readiness, and data integrity programs. Partners with Quality Control, Manufacturing, Facilities, IT, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs to maintain compliance with US and international cGMP requirements and continuously improve quality systems.

Leads the supply chain planning function, including strategic planning, S&OP, supply and demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, scenario planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Drives continuous improvement, process optimization, performance measurement, and cost reduction while managing supply chain planning and warehouse teams. Requires pharmaceutical operations or GMP experience, CMO and 3PL relationship knowledge, planning software proficiency, and substantial management experience.

Lead strategy and execution for the RHA injectable HA filler portfolio: launch new indications, drive market share growth, partner cross-functionally, manage product launches, medical marketing, KOL relationships, budget and team leadership, and assess commercial performance.

Supports clinical development strategy and designs, executes, and evaluates Phase 1–3 studies for therapeutic products and indications. Develops protocols and regulatory documents, supports IND/BLA submissions, collaborates with clinical operations, biometrics, safety, medical affairs, and CROs, and engages investigators, KOLs, regulators, and scientific organizations. Ensures GCP and SOP compliance while contributing to product strategy, publications, presentations, and clinical leadership.

Lead formulation development of skincare, cosmetics, OTC and personal care products from concept through commercialization. Serve as technical SME in emulsion, surfactant and sunscreen chemistries; design and analyze experiments; support scale-up and tech transfer; collaborate cross-functionally; mentor junior scientists; and document research and regulatory considerations.

Hands-on analytical development role supporting biologics characterization: develop, validate, and execute analytical methods; author protocols and reports; operate and maintain instrumentation; ensure compliance with ICH/GxP; interact with CDMOs and testing labs; support regulatory submissions and train staff.
