Manage end-to-end execution of healthcare professional promotional programs: plan and track campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and improve operational processes to scale HCP loyalty and promotions.

Lead and oversee analytical QC testing for clinical and commercial drug substance and drug product in a GMP and select-agent regulated lab. Manage laboratory capacity, method lifecycle (validation/transfer), stability and release testing, regulatory inspection readiness, biosafety/biosecurity, investigations (OOS/OOT/CAPA), and develop QC staff to ensure compliant, timely product release and continual process improvement.

Technical leader accountable for end-to-end design, development, lifecycle management, and compliance of R&D lab systems. Manages validation engineers and system administrators, drives lab modernization, ensures data integrity, system security, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance (cGMP, Part 11, Annex 11). Partners with R&D stakeholders to deliver integrations, dashboards, and operational metrics while minimizing downtime and technical debt.
