Supervise day-to-day food, beverage and hospitality services at a retirement village. Maintain service standards, hygiene and safety, handle resident enquiries/complaints, plan rotas to meet wage budgets, coach and develop staff, drive commercial performance and continuous improvement, and support menu and operational initiatives.

Lead all food, beverage, and guest services at a new high-street restaurant within a retirement village. Oversee restaurant operations, events, team recruitment, training, rotas, performance, and commercial performance. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing; manage budgets, suppliers, and stock control while building strong resident and customer relationships.

Plan and deliver an inclusive activities program, welcome and support new residents, drive resident engagement, co-host sales events with Marketing, build local partnerships, manage volunteers and stakeholders, and evaluate community services to enhance resident wellbeing.

Maintain and enhance village grounds: plant, water, prune, weed, mow lawns, trim hedges, operate garden equipment, support landscaping projects, follow health and safety, and assist with other estate tasks including occasional on-call and rota weekend work.
