Oversees employee lifecycle processes and data in Workday, supports recruitment and onboarding, drafts HR policies, delivers guidance and training, and uses HR reporting to identify improvements. The role also supports engagement and wellbeing initiatives while building relationships with managers across multiple locations.

Delivers finance improvement projects involving balance sheet controls, statutory reporting, VAT risk mitigation, ERP and system improvements, accounting policies, month-end acceleration, group restructuring, and lease-standard transition. The role requires accurate data manipulation, process improvement, audit support, financial accounting expertise, and collaboration across Finance and IT.
