Process supplier invoices, expenses and payments across multiple group companies, match invoices to purchase orders, run payments, reconcile statements, investigate aged creditors, support month-end, audits, controls and continuous improvement.

Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest service, coach and train front-of-house staff, assist with rotas and stock control, handle feedback and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with food safety, licensing and H&S procedures while collaborating with management and kitchen teams.

Provide friendly, attentive front-of-house service from guest arrival to departure. Take and serve food and drink orders, handle payments, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, support busy service periods, and collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
