Provides friendly food, beverage, retail, and customer service to residents, visitors, and customers at a retirement village. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and hygienic areas, handling enquiries and complaints, supporting revenue targets, building relationships, contributing service improvement ideas, and maintaining relevant skills and knowledge. The role is part-time on Saturdays and requires teamwork, organisation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

Provide friendly food, beverage and retail service on Sundays, welcome residents and visitors, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, handle enquiries and complaints, support revenue targets, and contribute to service improvements.

Lead end-to-end sales for two retirement villages, build local relationships, generate leads, manage CRM pipeline, conduct viewings, negotiate sales/rentals, and ensure smooth move-ins.
