Maintain lawns, flower beds, hedges, shrubs and woodland; mow, prune and trim; monitor plant health; manage irrigation; keep outdoor areas safe and clean; maintain tools and equipment; follow health and safety and COSHH procedures; perform routine inspections and record compliance.

Supervise day-to-day food, beverage and hospitality services at a retirement village. Maintain service standards, hygiene and safety, handle resident enquiries/complaints, plan rotas to meet wage budgets, coach and develop staff, drive commercial performance and continuous improvement, and support menu and operational initiatives.
