The Senior Account Executive is responsible for solution selling in the behavioral health sector, developing new business, managing the sales cycle, and exceeding revenue targets, requiring strong sales and presentation skills.

Provide part-time (up to 20 hrs/week) 1:1 teleconsultation for parent-training and workplace neurodiversity programs. Deliver behavior-analytic guidance, IEP/school-transition advice, workplace accommodations coaching, referrals, and regular follow-ups. Log notes, respond to clients within one business day, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and report to the Senior Director of Clinical Services.

Design, build, and maintain a Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and Azure Synapse data warehouse. Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, dimensional/semantic models, and data quality checks. Tune SQL and Spark workloads, implement monitoring/alerting, handle production incidents, and integrate source systems and APIs. Partner with stakeholders, follow Agile practices, document runbooks, and participate in code reviews.
