Handles revenue cycle billing for therapy services by submitting and correcting primary and secondary insurance claims, resolving clearinghouse rejections, researching payer rules, maintaining billing records, and monitoring claim quality and denial metrics. The role requires experience with behavioral health billing, CPT coding, commercial and Medicaid payers, billing platforms, clearinghouse systems, and Microsoft Office. It is full-time, hourly, Monday through Friday, with remote work available in specified states.

Leads a front-end, back-end, or full-stack software development team, overseeing people management, coaching, delivery planning, technical quality, release readiness, operational support, and continuous improvement. Partners with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable software. Establishes Agile, testing, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices while managing technical debt, modernization, performance, and responsible AI adoption.

Manages strategic client relationships, satisfaction, retention, engagement, and product utilization. Partners with HR leaders, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex issues, lead client meetings and strategy sessions, support renewals, analyze utilization trends, and recommend communication and engagement strategies. Serves as a strategic advisor while communicating client status and improvement opportunities to leadership.
