Responsibilities include designing integrations, building conversational agents, debugging production issues across APIs, telephony, webhooks, and LLMs, analyzing logs and transcripts, resolving incidents, and translating customer feedback into product improvements. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, customer developers, and telephony providers.

Perform day-to-day accounting for a high-growth SaaS company, including monthly close reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing support, cash application, invoice follow-up, vendor payments, and resolving billing tickets. Work remotely and independently while coordinating with the finance team and Pacific Time customers.

Own enterprise accounts receivable and billing operations for a fast-growing SaaS company. Build invoicing, collections, cash application, and controls from scratch; manage enterprise disputes, aging, DSO, and usage-based contracts; select and automate billing tools; collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, customers’ AP teams, and contract accountants; and report on AR health while establishing scalable finance processes.

Own internal IT operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, device configuration, troubleshooting, SaaS and identity administration, hardware inventory, office technology, endpoint compliance, access reviews, and SOC 2 support. Build automations for SaaS provisioning, hardware lifecycle management, and IT workflows while improving documentation, security practices, and employee productivity.

Lead end-to-end deployments of Retell's voice AI platform, guiding discovery, designing conversational workflows, building prototypes, driving technical delivery, creating ROI models, and advising executives to ensure successful production launches and adoption.

Deploy and scale AI voice agents for enterprise customers. Build conversation flows and integrations, debug APIs, webhooks, SIP, telephony, authentication, latency, and production issues, and work in customer codebases when needed. Partner with Product and Engineering to address product gaps, support customer growth, and launch new use cases. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, strong technical problem-solving, customer communication skills, and Pacific Time overlap.

Build and maintain technical security and compliance controls across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and enterprise frameworks. Automate evidence collection, access reviews, security checks, and compliance workflows; support audits; address security questionnaires; monitor controls for access, infrastructure, data protection, logging, and vulnerabilities; and improve scalable compliance systems.

Build Retell AI’s legal function and serve as Sales’ primary partner on enterprise transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, and order forms; creating contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and turnaround SLAs; advising on voice AI issues such as consent, TCPA, AI disclosure, and use-case reviews; and managing platform terms, privacy policies, acceptable-use policies, and outside counsel.

Own post-launch relationships and net revenue retention across enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include driving product adoption and consumption, managing renewals and expansions, using usage data to build commercial cases, conducting QBRs, negotiating renewals, and partnering with Product and Engineering on customer blockers. The role requires post-sales experience at a B2B software company, commercial ownership, executive communication, and comfort with usage analytics and technical concepts.

Own and build Retell AI’s company-wide procurement function, including vendor selection, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, renewals, spend management, cost savings, and vendor consolidation. Create scalable procurement processes, policies, and approval workflows while partnering with Finance, Legal, Engineering, IT, HR, and leadership. Manage strategic software and infrastructure spend, improve cost visibility, negotiate favorable terms, and use automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Own enterprise customer projects across APAC from requirements through production. Build and deploy voice AI and LLM applications, develop integrations using Python and JavaScript, deliver technical demos, and collaborate with customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering. Identify product gaps, solve complex technical problems, and help expand Retell AI’s presence in APAC.
