The SEO Strategist will lead organic growth strategy and execution, leveraging AI to optimize SEO, build content systems, and partner with product teams for growth.

Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers, writing production code and integrating CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems. Spend about half the time working directly with customers to understand needs, solve technical problems, and move projects into production. Partner with sales on demos and prototypes, become an expert in voice AI agents, and translate customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.

Own complex enterprise telephony integrations and provide advanced post-onboarding technical support. Troubleshoot call failures using PCAPs, SIP traces, and carrier logs; improve call quality and reliability; support platforms including Twilio, Telnyx, Avaya, Genesys, and Amazon Connect; communicate technical issues to premium customers; and translate customer feedback into product improvements. The role also involves scripting troubleshooting automations and collaborating with Pacific Time customers and teams.
