Own post-launch relationships and net revenue retention across enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include driving product adoption and consumption, managing renewals and expansions, using usage data to build commercial cases, conducting QBRs, negotiating renewals, and partnering with Product and Engineering on customer blockers. The role requires post-sales experience at a B2B software company, commercial ownership, executive communication, and comfort with usage analytics and technical concepts.

Own and build Retell AI’s company-wide procurement function, including vendor selection, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, renewals, spend management, cost savings, and vendor consolidation. Create scalable procurement processes, policies, and approval workflows while partnering with Finance, Legal, Engineering, IT, HR, and leadership. Manage strategic software and infrastructure spend, improve cost visibility, negotiate favorable terms, and use automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Product Design Interns will design user flows, interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for AI voice agent products. They will collaborate with engineers and founders to ship polished features, identify UX friction, contribute to the design system, and refine experiences through feedback. The role emphasizes product thinking, visual craft, usability, and attention to detail in an on-site Redwood City environment.
