Collaborate with HR process owners and technical teams to analyze requirements, document processes and functional specifications, troubleshoot, test, and drive continuous process improvement and change management in a global retail environment.

Lead the design, implementation and evolution of the US IT Asset Management (ITAM) program, operating model, CMDB controls and software ownership processes. Ensure alignment with global SAM policies, define roles/RACI, budget and stakeholder support, and build yearly compliance and advanced IT training. Oversee ServiceNow CMDB/asset integration and management, and provide leadership for ITAM across the organization.
