Administers Windows and Linux servers, VMware virtualization, enterprise storage (Isilon, Pure), Dell hardware, backups (Commvault), PKI, and containerized workloads. Drives incident escalation, root-cause analysis, performance monitoring, upgrades/migrations, and cross-team collaboration to improve system reliability and automation.

Investigate and log consumer and regulator complaints, apply relevant statutes (FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA), respond to formal inquiries, coordinate with regulators and servicers, maintain complaint tracking, handle compliance inboxes, and support process improvement and related projects.
