Administer a portfolio of secured loans and handle all bankruptcy servicing tasks: file proofs/transfers of claim, monitor trustee payments, research via PACER/Phin, process pleadings and reaffirmations, communicate with attorneys/trustees/consumers, maintain account notations, and support related projects and reporting.

Senior-level auditor responsible for planning and executing risk-based audits of third-party servicers and internal operations, assessing regulatory compliance, identifying control weaknesses, recommending remediation, mentoring junior auditors, and validating remediation. Requires stakeholder communication, report writing, process improvement, and occasional travel to servicers.

Execute, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Analyze performance and provide actionable insights, manage bids/keywords/audiences, write ad copy, reconcile platform invoices, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve ROI, test new channels, and support digital experience initiatives.

Support the Bankruptcy department with legal research, case and litigation tracking, drafting discovery responses, coordinating with local counsel and trustees, managing assignment/chain-of-title processes, and maintaining system power-user expertise for bankruptcy workflows.

Serve as primary contact for Debt Settlement and Credit Counseling Agencies to process payments, negotiate settlements, reestablish plans, monitor repayment adherence, document account activity, and manage daily reporting and inventory distribution while ensuring compliance and strong DSA/CCA relationships.

The Cloud Data Engineer will design and develop data warehouse solutions, create efficient data pipelines, collaborate with teams, and monitor system health.
