Serve as primary contact for Debt Settlement and Credit Counseling Agencies, negotiating settlement plans, processing payments, reestablishing failed plans, monitoring repayment compliance, documenting account activity, and maintaining professional agency relationships.

Mid-level systems engineer responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing on-premises and Azure infrastructure. Administers Windows and Linux servers, VMware virtualization, enterprise storage (Isilon, Pure), Dell hardware, backups (Commvault), PKI, and containerized workloads. Drives incident escalation, root-cause analysis, performance monitoring, upgrades/migrations, and cross-team collaboration to improve system reliability and automation.

Investigate and log consumer and regulator complaints, apply relevant statutes (FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA), respond to formal inquiries, coordinate with regulators and servicers, maintain complaint tracking, handle compliance inboxes, and support process improvement and related projects.
