Processes and posts payment batches, researches payment discrepancies, reconciles deposits and remittances, validates account data, handles payment returns, and maintains transaction accuracy. The role uses Excel and secure file-transfer technologies, resolves anomalies, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, identifies process gaps, and follows departmental procedures. Success requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, prioritization, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Serve as primary contact for Debt Settlement and Credit Counseling Agencies to process payments, negotiate settlements, reestablish plans, monitor repayment adherence, document account activity, and manage daily reporting and inventory distribution while ensuring compliance and strong DSA/CCA relationships.

Conducts quality assurance audits of accounts, calls, processes, and servicing providers; evaluates compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations; documents audit decisions; identifies operational risks, trends, process gaps, and anomalies; recommends training, procedural changes, and policy updates; supports calibration, management feedback, special projects, and new-hire training.
