Are you a detail-oriented and independent professional ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role? Lowry and Associates, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking experienced Insurance Physical (On-Site/Field) Auditor to conduct comprehensive audits of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies for leading insurance carriers.
*Candidates must reside in or in the immediate area of Seattle, WA.

In this role you will...

  • Travel to various on-site audits to gather essential financial data.
  • Analyze complex financial records to ensure accurate premium calculations.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a professional demeanor.

What you need to succeed...

  • The ability to dissect financial information and identify discrepancies.
  • Experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Nexus, Future Audit) is preferred.
  • The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • The flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Insurance audit experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is beneficial.
  • A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures is preferred.

Your Compensation…

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $18.69-$32 per hour.

The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
