Lead and grow a B2B marketing services program: own go-to-market, annual and 3-year plans, vendor management, integrations, budget, metrics, and a six-person team. Drive service offerings, creative/asset management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to deliver data-driven marketing services and continuous improvement.

Serve as liaison between manufacturing and customers to resolve fit, repair, and product issues for hearing instruments. Provide technical and order support, maintain customer profiles, document interactions in Navision and Salesforce, support sales regionally, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and support teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Territory-based, customer-facing role for a qualified audiologist to drive commercial outcomes by providing clinical product support, training, relationship management, and sales activity across a defined territory. Role includes planning travel, autonomous schedule management, onboarding and ongoing coaching, and collaboration with account managers to grow customer business and improve end-user outcomes.

Support strategic regulatory initiatives and ensure global regulatory compliance for hearing medical devices (focus EU and MDSAP). Manage assessments, submissions, registrations, and change control across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Commercial teams, translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance, and support stakeholder decision-making and internal alignment.

Provide product and audiological training and technical support to customers across NSW. Own clinical customer relationships, deliver presentations, troubleshoot product issues, and work with the Account Manager to drive sales and service adoption. Extensive travel across NSW and occasional interstate travel required.

Lead expansion and performance of a regional dealer network: appoint and onboard dealers, drive sales targets, improve dealer productivity, implement territory planning, manage incentives and market activation, coordinate with internal teams, monitor inventory, and present performance insights to senior leadership.

Provide remote audiological, product and technical support to customers, deliver product and sales training, collaborate with territory sales to implement training plans, identify revenue opportunities, present at online events, and support Customer Care and Technical Support to drive clinical outcomes and repeat business across ANZ.

Develop and run FEM and CFD simulation models, expand simulation competence, implement advanced polymer/foam material models, perform structural and vibroacoustic analyses, collaborate with R&D and electroacoustics teams, and integrate Python/macros with 3DEXPERIENCE to optimize hearing instruments and accessories.
