Lead and grow a B2B marketing services program: own go-to-market, annual and 3-year plans, vendor management, integrations, budget, metrics, and a six-person team. Drive service offerings, creative/asset management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to deliver data-driven marketing services and continuous improvement.

Coordinate global product registration compliance and documentation for hearing aids across 90+ markets. Maintain compliance lists and archives, ensure documentation accuracy, support customer care, update certificates on e-commerce platforms, and notify partners of certificate expirations to enable product releases when requirements are met.

Assemble, wire, solder, and finish hearing-aid medical devices using microscopes and specialized hand tools. Perform electro-acoustic testing, visual/listening inspections, and device programming. Follow SOPs, maintain documentation and production pace, and meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Provide audiological and technical support for hearing-aid fittings across current and discontinued products and multiple software platforms. Troubleshoot software/hardware issues, document customer interactions, escalate defects to product and engineering teams, deliver internal training, support sales and customer service, and maintain clinical knowledge and required certifications.

Lead verification for embedded firmware: specify, plan, execute and report tests for signal processing algorithms, wireless protocols and operating systems. Improve and automate firmware test systems and tools, ensure compliance with internal standards, review requirements/designs, and collaborate with Agile development teams to drive testing and quality improvements.
