Lead and grow a B2B marketing services program: own go-to-market, annual and 3-year plans, vendor management, integrations, budget, metrics, and a six-person team. Drive service offerings, creative/asset management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to deliver data-driven marketing services and continuous improvement.

Serve as liaison between manufacturing and customers to resolve fit, repair, and product issues for hearing instruments. Provide technical and order support, maintain customer profiles, document interactions in Navision and Salesforce, support sales regionally, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and support teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
