Manage vendor accounts, process vendor payments and employee reimbursements, reconcile vendor cards and ledgers, maintain financial documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support statutory audits.

Sells GN ReSound and private-label hearing aids to hearing healthcare professionals through phone-based and relationship-driven sales. Responsibilities include meeting territory goals, prospecting, managing sales cycles, maintaining CRM records in Salesforce, analyzing sales reports, developing account plans, supporting product programs, and partnering with sales, marketing, training, and customer service teams. The role includes occasional attendance at conferences, trade shows, training seminars, and in-person sales activities.

Assembles, wires, solders, finishes, programs, inspects, and tests hearing aids using microscopes and specialized hand tools. Performs electro-acoustic, visual, and listening checks; maintains production speed, quality, safety, and documentation standards; and enters data into application-based systems. Requires strong dexterity, attention to detail, English communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to meet physical demands. A high school diploma or GED is required, while manufacturing and data entry experience are preferred.
