Provides audiological and technical support for hearing aid fitting, product information, troubleshooting, and software or hardware issues. Documents customer interactions, escalates product discrepancies, supports internal and external training, and collaborates with Customer Service, Engineering, Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Sales. Maintains current knowledge of audiology, hearing amplification, products, and software platforms while supporting technical projects and sales enablement.

Develop and verify acoustic performance for hearing aid technology within an R&D team. Responsibilities include testing and calibrating prototypes, conducting acoustic measurements, analyzing components, verifying signal-processing algorithms, applying simulation approaches, developing test protocols, and evaluating vibro-acoustic stability. The role requires collaboration across engineering disciplines and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
