Provide direct and supervised patient care in pre-op, OR, and recovery settings at an ambulatory surgery center. Monitor vitals, perform IV starts and port-a-cath insertions, assist physicians with procedures and C-arm positioning, respond to emergencies, maintain licensure and certifications, follow OSHA and facility protocols, and support scheduling and quality improvement.

Support development and delivery of compliance training, perform and prepare for internal and external audits, manage MIPS reporting, identify compliance risks and corrective actions, maintain records and reports, manage third-party/vendor risk, assist with radiation and OSHA requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely regulatory reporting and program execution.

Serve as primary liaison between clinic and attorney offices for PI and WC patients. Coordinate intake, schedule appointments and procedures, collect deposits, maintain EMR records, communicate with legal representatives, follow up on missed appointments, and track scheduling metrics while ensuring HIPAA compliance and strong attorney relationships.

Perform diagnostic and fluoroscopic imaging to support interventional pain procedures in an ambulatory surgery center. Operate and maintain C-arm and X-ray equipment, manage images in PACS, ensure radiation safety (ALARA), prepare and monitor patients, assist clinical team workflow, document imaging and exposure, and participate in quality assurance and team process improvements.

Serve as the clinics first point of contact: greet patients, manage phone and appointment scheduling, collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information, prepare charts, assist with billing and daily financial close, handle medical records requests, and perform opening/closing procedures.
