Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, maintaining M&A pipelines, conducting financial analysis and valuation, coordinating diligence and transaction workstreams, managing stakeholder communications, and preparing executive summaries and investment materials. The role works closely with the CEO, senior leadership, physician partners, advisors, and cross-functional teams from initial screening through transaction closing.
