Supports Resolve Pain Solutions’ inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions, partnerships, and de novo expansion. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, maintaining M&A pipelines, conducting financial analysis and valuation, coordinating diligence and transaction workstreams, managing stakeholder communications, and preparing executive summaries and investment materials. The role works closely with the CEO, senior leadership, physician partners, advisors, and cross-functional teams from initial screening through transaction closing.

Greet and assist visitors and clients, answer phones and emails, manage mail and office supplies, maintain filing and records, and schedule appointments while providing professional customer service.

Serve as primary liaison between clinic and attorney offices for PI and WC patients. Coordinate intake, schedule appointments and procedures, collect deposits, maintain EMR records, communicate with legal representatives, follow up on missed appointments, and track scheduling metrics while ensuring HIPAA compliance and strong attorney relationships.

Lead on-site clinic operations for a pain clinic, lab, or surgical center. Coordinate patient flow, staff communication, compliance, hiring/training, supply and financial oversight, and serve as liaison to corporate teams to meet operational, patient experience, and performance goals.
