Leads market development, healthcare expansion, operational improvement, technology, vendor, and service-line initiatives across a multi-site specialty practice platform. Responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, business-case development, implementation planning, workflow design, vendor coordination, site readiness, executive reporting, and post-launch performance monitoring. The role owns initiatives from concept through execution and benefits realization, requiring regular field work and collaboration with clinical, operational, financial, compliance, IT, and external partners.

Manages physician and advanced practice provider recruitment from sourcing through onboarding and early-tenure engagement. Maintains candidate pipelines, coordinates interviews and site visits, supports offers and closing, tracks licensing and credentialing, resolves start-date risks, and supports provider retention. Partners with clinical leaders, HR, legal, credentialing teams, and recruiting firms while producing pipeline, staffing, onboarding, and engagement reports for leadership.
