Own the end-to-end copywriting and editing process across multiple customer-facing brands and marketing channels. Create original copy for websites, digital ads, blogs, promotional materials, retail signage, packaging, and other collateral. Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting tone across brands, support SEO and organic growth, contribute to A/B testing and data-driven copy initiatives, and collaborate with creative, CRM, growth, and marketing stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.

Own and drive the end-to-end commercial performance of two DTC growth brands, including merchandising, pricing, bundles, assortment, and promotional cadence. Build and run an experimentation roadmap to improve conversion, AOV, attach rate, and margin. Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, growth & marketing, product, and CRM to deliver launches, campaigns, and brand expression. Be measured on measurable business outcomes and scale winning tests and initiatives.

Build and evolve frontend infrastructure, shared tooling, and CI/CD to improve performance, reliability, observability, experimentation, and developer productivity across brands. Lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and own frontend platform standards and production readiness.
