Build and own scalable full-stack commerce capabilities across admin, pricing, promotions, product data, orders, operations, and customer support. Design microservices, REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and database schemas; contribute to a Scala monolith; develop React interfaces; and operate AWS production systems. Partner with Product, Design, DevOps, and global stakeholders to deliver, monitor, and continuously improve features.

Design end-to-end customer-facing e-commerce experiences from exploration through execution, testing, and iteration. Create intuitive, high-converting UX/UI, evolve multi-brand design systems, prototype rapidly, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and global stakeholders. Use customer insights, experimentation, business judgment, and AI-enabled workflows to improve usability, conversion, and customer experiences at scale.

Own long-term workforce planning and capacity strategy across Customer Success channels. Develop forecasts, staffing models, scenario analyses, dashboards, and labor investment recommendations. Analyze staffing, productivity, occupancy, shrinkage, service levels, and automation impacts. Partner with Customer Success, AI, Data, Finance, Talent Acquisition, BPO providers, and senior leadership to guide hiring, budgeting, headcount planning, and operational improvements through data-driven insights.
