Drive inbound sales via phone, email, and chat using consultative discovery to recommend products, close purchases, upsell/cross-sell, meet monthly targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with team members and staying product-knowledgeable.

Lead inventory accounting for an e-commerce/retail business: manage inventory valuation and reserves, review dropship and freight costs, perform reconciliations and flux analysis, support month/quarter/annual close and audits, partner with FP&A and Supply Chain, drive process improvements, mentor staff, and support system and special projects.

Build analytical infrastructure and measurement frameworks for new growth channels. Evaluate performance across channels, design AI-powered automations and tools, maintain BigQuery semantic layer, build dashboards and self-service analytics, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Business to deploy end-to-end data solutions.
