Supports purchasing, sourcing, planning, and inbound logistics for a U.S.-based mattress manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments and receipts, reconciling deliveries, maintaining landed-cost records, ordering supplies, and resolving shortages or delays. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, cross-functional communication, and proactive supply issue management. It is hybrid in Clarksville, Tennessee, with travel to a manufacturing partner in Greenbrier, Tennessee, up to 10%.

Build and lead Ashley’s consumer insights capability, including research roadmaps, custom qualitative and quantitative studies, insights repositories, prioritization processes, and executive-ready storytelling. Translate consumer, retail, marketplace, feedback, and business data into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, merchandising, pricing, and growth decisions. Influence cross-functional stakeholders, develop AI-enabled synthesis workflows, and manage one direct report while operating resourcefully with imperfect data.

Own the end-to-end copywriting and editing process across multiple customer-facing brands and marketing channels. Create original copy for websites, digital ads, blogs, promotional materials, retail signage, packaging, and other collateral. Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting tone across brands, support SEO and organic growth, contribute to A/B testing and data-driven copy initiatives, and collaborate with creative, CRM, growth, and marketing stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.
