Lead end-to-end finance administration and payroll processing, manage vendor payments and bank receivables, perform reconciliations, support financial operations and reporting deadlines, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships while improving systems and processes.

Support, maintain and enhance systems for storage, processing and retrieval of the Bank's data products. Deliver and support two new data collections, resolve defects, apply upgrades, add new data, and enable curated datasets for analytics and reporting while evolving data engineering practices.

Lead the Portfolio Management team managing the Reserve Bank's balance sheet and foreign reserves. Execute wholesale market transactions to implement monetary policy and support liquidity, set strategic direction, develop staff, drive operational excellence, and manage market and credit risk within approved delegations while engaging senior leadership and stakeholders.

Lead strategic financial risk initiatives across market, credit and liquidity risk. Develop risk models, stress tests, scenario analysis and capital/exposure measurement. Improve risk systems and methodologies, operationalise frameworks and governance, advise senior stakeholders, coach staff, and support oversight and decision-making aligned with Bank objectives.

Lead talent attraction, sourcing, selection and recruitment delivery across the Reserve Bank. Develop and drive an enterprise-wide talent strategy, workforce planning, talent pipelines and Early Careers programmes. Partner with leaders to influence hiring approaches, improve candidate experience, and foster inclusive, high-performing teams while supporting People and Culture objectives.
