Leads fund operations, reconciliation, governance, controls, banking relationships, regulatory compliance, audits, and technology strategy. Establishes authorization and segregation-of-duties frameworks, oversees liquidity and trust accounts, signs off on reconciliations, manages escalations, and leads managers and senior analysts across a growing global function.

Monitor security telemetry, investigate and contain incidents, conduct vulnerability assessments, support penetration testing, maintain security tools, perform threat hunting, and develop cybersecurity policies, procedures, playbooks, and after-action reports. The role also includes researching emerging threats, educating employees on security practices, and configuring SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security platforms.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to Technology, Operations, Claims, and other business functions. Advise leaders on succession planning, talent development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, job architecture, leveling, and change management. Use people data to provide actionable insights, ensure employment-law compliance, and deliver scalable people programs independently while collaborating with the broader People team.

Lead the development of Reserv’s full-stack insurance technology platform, building user-facing interfaces, scalable backend systems, APIs, developer tools, SDKs, and documentation. Own large, cross-functional projects from vision through delivery, continuously deploy high-quality code, support customer developers, communicate with executive stakeholders, mentor engineers, and help shape engineering culture and processes.

Drive structured product and process launches through change management, cross-functional coordination, documentation, training, communications, pilots, and adoption measurement. Translate technical changes into actionable guidance for claims and operations teams, equip leaders as change champions, maintain change histories, and continuously improve rollout processes across a remote organization.

Lead monthly reconciliations of loss fund payments across client programs, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and align claims data, financial records, and bank statements. Improve financial processes, automation, controls, reporting consistency, and procedures for carrier accounts and high-severity or high-frequency funds. Collaborate with internal teams, external customers, claimants, and cross-functional partners while communicating financial insights clearly.

Manage multiple teams of claims leads and adjusters handling General Liability and New York Labor Law claims. Oversee complex losses, coverage evaluation, investigations, settlements, litigation, compliance, quality audits, and performance management. Analyze claim data to improve processes and outcomes, prepare client reports, advise on loss mitigation, and maintain relationships with policyholders, brokers, agents, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders. Lead hiring, training, development, and retention while ensuring contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.

Legal Counsel will support a growing insurtech across commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, employment matters, legal operations, compliance, risk, corporate transactions, and data privacy issues involving AI and automation. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and People Ops, manages templates and workflows, supports investigations and due diligence, and coordinates outside counsel. Candidates need 4–6 years of legal experience, a JD, and active U.S. state bar admission.

Handle inbound customer calls for new and existing insurance claims, accurately gather and enter claim information, manage administrative task queues, organize electronic documents, prepare standard correspondence, and support claims adjusters with complete, accurate information. The role requires strong communication, empathy, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Workspace and internal systems.

Handle motor First Notice of Loss inquiries by phone and email, guide customers through insurance claims, document claim information, resolve concerns, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure accurate, empathetic, compliant service throughout the claims process.
