Generate qualified top-of-funnel pipeline through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting. Research prospects, identify companies subject to packaging regulations, conduct outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn, maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records using ZoomInfo data, refine messaging, share sales best practices, and represent the company at industry events. The role is remote with a preference for New York or East Coast candidates, while the location section requests three days per week in the New York City office.

The FP&A Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, build financial models, and develop dashboards for SaaS metrics.

Own a portfolio of post-sale accounts, guide customers through data-intensive EPR compliance workflows, manage projects to regulatory deadlines, drive renewals and upsell, analyze large datasets for customer insights, maintain account health and forecasts, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure customer outcomes.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs; own AWS infrastructure and CI/CD; optimize codebase and databases; ensure security, reliability, and observability; collaborate cross-functionally and evaluate AI tooling.

Own renewals, retention, and expansion across a 100+ account portfolio; carry quota for upsell and contract growth; collaborate in CS pods to develop account plans, negotiate agreements, forecast pipeline in HubSpot, and help build the Account Manager playbook.

Lead regulatory tracking and customer-facing EPR guidance for U.S. packaging programs. Own webinars, write regulatory intelligence, field customer questions, and feed insights into product and technical teams.

Lead Canadian-focused EPR regulatory monitoring and market education: translate statutory and program text into actionable guidance, own webinars and thought leadership, answer customer regulatory questions, maintain PRO and regulator relationships, and feed regulatory insights into product and roadmap decisions.

Lead demand generation and event marketing execution across email, paid channels, and events. Manage cross-functional projects, optimize funnel and lead lifecycle via CRM, track performance metrics, run experiments to scale acquisition, and collaborate with sales, product, and design to drive growth.
