Runs B2B growth marketing programs focused on partnerships, co-marketing, email nurture, webinars, trade shows, executive events, paid promotion, and conversion-focused content. Owns partner marketing onboarding and benefits, writes campaign assets, uses AI and growth tools for efficient execution, tracks performance in HubSpot, and recommends optimization opportunities. Collaborates with Partnerships, Product Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, Design, freelancers, and executive leadership.

Own customer footprint, billing, renewal, and contract-related workflows across Customer Success and Finance. Maintain accurate operational trackers and dashboards, coordinate customer follow-ups, validate data, flag risks, and ensure deadlines are met. Build and improve repeatable processes, clarify ownership and SLAs, enhance data quality, and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles during a six-month contract. Partner with hiring managers and People leadership, source and screen candidates, manage candidate communications, track recruiting metrics, support employer branding, and improve hiring processes. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, ATS experience, and the ability to manage concurrent searches on East Coast hours.

Generate qualified top-of-funnel pipeline through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting. Research prospects, identify companies subject to packaging regulations, conduct outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn, maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records using ZoomInfo data, refine messaging, share sales best practices, and represent the company at industry events. The role is remote with a preference for New York or East Coast candidates, while the location section requests three days per week in the New York City office.
