Lead demand generation and event marketing execution across email, paid channels, and events. Manage cross-functional projects, optimize funnel and lead lifecycle via CRM, track performance metrics, run experiments to scale acquisition, and collaborate with sales, product, and design to drive growth.

Own and administer HubSpot, build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations. Provide analytics and forecasting for Revenue, Finance, and Operations, translate data into actionable insights, partner cross-functionally to improve lead flow, pipeline management, and operational processes, and support strategic initiatives like process automation and data cleanup.

Own a portfolio of post-sale accounts, guide customers through data-intensive EPR compliance workflows, manage projects to regulatory deadlines, drive renewals and upsell, analyze large datasets for customer insights, maintain account health and forecasts, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure customer outcomes.

The FP&A Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, build financial models, and develop dashboards for SaaS metrics.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs; own AWS infrastructure and CI/CD; optimize codebase and databases; ensure security, reliability, and observability; collaborate cross-functionally and evaluate AI tooling.
