Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time People Operations Lead to help identify, attract, evaluate, and onboard an all-star team as well as help build a platform for structured organizational development. In this capacity, you will build rePurpose Global's crucial connective tissue by shaping organizational design and strategy, leading talent management initiatives, and driving a culture of high performance, urgency and engagement. You will be working closely with the Co-Founders and leadership team, coordinating with and coaching and developing team members in all departments to deliver on your objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and shepherd a purpose-driven culture of high functioning and highly motivated individuals inspired to bring about social change
- Review and redefine our existing talent acquisition processes to create a best-in-class talent acquisition structure and processes that support rapid growth across borders and cultures
- Review and redesign People Operations processes that scale with the company, including performance management, career development, employee engagement, general well-being and personal development
- Analyze various reporting metrics focused on all aspects related to the people that make up rePurpose Global and to help the company make more effective data-driven decisions
- Be attuned to the stage and pace of our business to provide an integrated HR approach to addressing critical business issues
