The Treasury Management Officer identifies, develops, and manages commercial depository relationships while assisting in business development related to Treasury Management products.

Originate and manage a commercial loan and lease portfolio (primarily equipment financing), evaluate creditworthiness, structure and price loans/leases, support relationship managers, train junior officers, and ensure compliance with bank credit policies.

Manage and monitor mortgage disclosure processes within the Loan Origination System, prepare and send initial disclosures and redisclosures, ensure regulatory compliance (LE, HMDA, HPML, QM), maintain accurate loan files and fees, review rate locks and audit worksheets, coordinate with originators and processing teams, and meet departmental quality and SLA targets.

Manage and grow a Loan Production Office by recruiting, training, and leading a team of mortgage loan originators (6+). Originate loans, oversee pipelines, develop referral networks, implement growth strategies, ensure compliance (SAFE Act/NMLS), and meet profit and production goals.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, software and networks. Image, deploy, procure, and inventory computing assets. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, administer Active Directory/Group Policy and MECM/Intune environments, support servers, comply with change control, participate in disaster recovery, and provide occasional on-call and travel support.
