Leads banking center growth by selling and cross-selling consumer and business deposit and loan products. Manages client relationships, loan maturities, renewals, delinquencies, referrals, and escalated service issues. Develops community and referral networks, leads sales meetings, coaches staff, supports lending decisions, and ensures compliance with banking regulations and SAFE Act requirements.

Supports Treasury Management Officers with portfolio management, client relationship development, account opening, proposals, sales tracking, and business development. Consults commercial clients on cash management solutions, identifies opportunities to deepen relationships, generates revenue from Treasury Management products and services, and works toward calling and sales goals. Completes training, supports credit presentations, maintains regulatory knowledge, and manages client issues and competing priorities.

Originate and manage a commercial loan and lease portfolio (primarily equipment financing), evaluate creditworthiness, structure and price loans/leases, support relationship managers, train junior officers, and ensure compliance with bank credit policies.
