Originate and manage a commercial loan and lease portfolio (primarily equipment financing), evaluate creditworthiness, structure and price loans/leases, support relationship managers, train junior officers, and ensure compliance with bank credit policies.

Drive deposit and loan growth for the banking center by selling retail and commercial products, prospecting outside clients, cross-selling services, leading the sales team, managing client relationships, handling escalations, monitoring loan maturities/delinquencies, coordinating referrals with other bank lines, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
