The Regional Sales Director leads a banking region to achieve growth goals, manage teams, and develop business opportunities while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Originate and manage a commercial loan and lease portfolio (primarily equipment financing), evaluate creditworthiness, structure and price loans/leases, support relationship managers, train junior officers, and ensure compliance with bank credit policies.

Develop and manage commercial deposit relationships, promote and sell Treasury Management products, support bankers in business development, prepare proposals, open accounts, log sales activity, manage client portfolio, identify cross-sell opportunities, and generate fee income while ensuring compliance and fostering bank values.
