Drive deposit and loan growth for the banking center by selling retail and commercial products, prospecting outside clients, cross-selling services, leading the sales team, managing client relationships, handling escalations, monitoring loan maturities/delinquencies, coordinating referrals with other bank lines, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Manages marketing strategy, content, campaigns, email marketing, social media, events, promotional materials, and sales enablement for the bank’s mortgage business. Partners with mortgage loan officers, supports associate training and onboarding, coordinates compliant marketing materials, and identifies market growth opportunities with realtors, builders, title companies, and other partners. Maintains regulatory alignment and represents Mortgage Marketing in meetings, trainings, and conferences.

Leads banking center growth by selling and cross-selling consumer and business deposit and loan products. Manages client relationships, loan maturities, renewals, delinquencies, referrals, and escalated service issues. Develops community and referral networks, leads sales meetings, coaches staff, supports lending decisions, and ensures compliance with banking regulations and SAFE Act requirements.
