Build and support cloud-native infrastructure for a SaaS payment platform across AWS and Azure. Implement Puppet configuration management and Terraform infrastructure as code, maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, cluster management, and cloud inventory, and contribute to architecture, deployments, troubleshooting, documentation, and platform improvements. Collaborate with software engineering teams and may travel to client or office locations for design sessions, presentations, and training.

Own the four-quarter roadmap and money movement functionality for REPAY’s Clearing and Settlement product. Translate stakeholder and customer needs into requirements, prioritize Agile engineering delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and improve merchant and ISO experiences. Responsibilities include payment lifecycle management, billing and residual reconciliation, user metrics, customer communications, go-to-market support, and applying AI tools to research and documentation.

Owns the Consumer Payments product roadmap, backlog, and payment experiences for consumers, vendors, clients, and integration partners. Collaborates with Sales, Technology, Operations, Engineering, QA, Marketing, and clients to define requirements, deliver Agile product initiatives, improve adoption and usability, and support go-to-market efforts. Uses customer research, product metrics, AI tools, and market analysis to prioritize enhancements and guide product strategy.
