Develop new business through outbound prospecting, recommend payment solutions, negotiate and close sales, identify upsell opportunities, achieve monthly targets, collaborate with Marketing, and maintain knowledge of payment products and pricing. The role includes customer interaction, CRM usage, ongoing training, industry conferences, and travel of up to 30%.

Owns the Business Payments product experience and roadmap, including ERP and embedded integrations. Translates customer, partner, and stakeholder needs into product decisions, requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities. Coordinates with Engineering, QA, Sales, Operations, and Technology to deliver capabilities, improve usability and adoption, manage integration communications, and support go-to-market efforts. The role also applies AI tools to product workflows and monitors user-facing metrics to identify friction and prioritize improvements.

Perform warehouse and inventory duties for USPS materials, including stocking, counting, packaging, traying mail, palletizing, loading and unloading, and relocating supplies. Maintain accurate inventory, inspect materials, support insert operators, prepare mail for inspection, and keep the facility clean and safe. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive standing and bending, and forklift operation or certification.
