Provides technical leadership throughout pre-sales and implementation, partnering with sales and account management teams to understand client needs, demonstrate payment solutions, scope implementations, answer technical RFP questions, and communicate product gaps. Develops technical presentations and demos, collaborates with Product, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Implementations, and serves as a technical subject matter expert for REPAY’s payment platform.

Provides technical leadership throughout the pre-sales and implementation lifecycle. Partners with sales and account management teams, delivers product demonstrations and technical presentations, scopes solutions, answers RFP questions, documents product gaps, and supports implementation handoffs. The role requires strong technical communication, customer consultation, analytical problem-solving, API knowledge, and experience using workflow, ticketing, and CRM tools such as JIRA and Salesforce.

Leads merchant and partner implementations from signed agreement through live payment processing. Manages implementation analysts, workload, escalations, merchant configuration, partner API integrations, testing, training, and onboarding quality. Tracks implementation KPIs, develops playbooks and enablement materials, and collaborates with Sales, Partnerships, Risk, Product, Engineering, Support, and Underwriting to improve delivery and reduce friction.
