Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts, manage renewals and expansions, resolve escalations, collaborate with internal teams, prepare account/status reports, and identify new business opportunities to meet sales quotas.

Lead tactical MPI payment operations including ACH and wire fund transfers, investigate and resolve failed transactions, manage refunds/reissues, support payment reporting and client reconciliation, handle escalations and reporting requests, and liaise between Payment Specialists and Development to submit and track payment processing tickets.

Lead automation of billing, journal entries, reconciliations, and recurring accounting reports. Design and maintain workflows connecting Accounting with other teams, analyze accounting data, build dashboards, and apply ML for forecasting and anomaly detection. Partner with IT and Accounting leadership, document controls, train staff, and drive automation projects from identification through implementation.
