Lead automation of billing, journal entries, reconciliations, and recurring accounting reports. Design and maintain workflows connecting Accounting with other teams, analyze accounting data, build dashboards, and apply ML for forecasting and anomaly detection. Partner with IT and Accounting leadership, document controls, train staff, and drive automation projects from identification through implementation.

Provide excellent client support for payment products by investigating and resolving software and hardware issues, managing inquiries (billing, system use, research), maintaining user documentation, creating CRM cases, assisting with Salesforce questions, and supporting risk/chargeback, 1099K, and card brand change projects while collaborating cross-functionally.

Process and research electronic vendor payments, enroll vendors, update payment records (virtual card, ACH, check), monitor outstanding payments, handle client inquiries within one business day, assist team to meet SLAs, and recommend process improvements. Onsite role with occasional overtime during onboarding or growth periods.
