Lead tactical MPI payment operations including ACH and wire fund transfers, investigate and resolve failed transactions, manage refunds/reissues, support payment reporting and client reconciliation, handle escalations and reporting requests, and liaise between Payment Specialists and Development to submit and track payment processing tickets.

Process and research electronic payments, enroll and support vendors, update vendor payment records (virtual card, ACH, check), respond to client inquiries within one business day, monitor outstanding payments, collaborate to meet SLAs, and recommend process improvements. Onsite role with occasional overtime during growth/onboarding.
