Lead end-to-end land and structured investment transactions in renewable energy: source and structure deals, build and stress-test financial models, lead diligence and negotiations, prepare Investment Committee materials, manage analysts/associates, shape firm-wide investment strategy, and maintain developer and investor relationships.

As an Investment Associate, you will build financial models, support investment analysis, implement process improvements, and manage datasets, requiring strong analytical skills and investment banking experience, preferably in renewable energy.

Serve as the front-desk point of contact, greet visitors, manage phone lines and mail, coordinate office logistics (shipping, inventory, conference rooms, lunch orders), maintain reception areas, and provide administrative support to the Office Manager and leadership.

Lead development of Renewa's brand, voice, and market positioning. Create thought leadership, white papers, digital content, PR, and event strategies. Manage website, social channels, media relations, and external agencies. Partner with the investment team to produce investor and deal marketing materials, support capital formation, and maintain a library of marketing collateral.

Provide transactions support for real estate acquisitions for wind and solar projects: draft/review deeds, PSAs, leases, easements, coordinate due diligence, resolve title issues, negotiate with landowners/counterparties, manage external counsel, and coordinate closings.
