Lead development of Renewa's brand, voice, and market positioning. Create thought leadership, white papers, digital content, PR, and event strategies. Manage website, social channels, media relations, and external agencies. Partner with the investment team to produce investor and deal marketing materials, support capital formation, and maintain a library of marketing collateral.

Serve as the front-desk point of contact, greet visitors, manage phone lines and mail, coordinate office logistics (shipping, inventory, conference rooms, lunch orders), maintain reception areas, and provide administrative support to the Office Manager and leadership.

Lead end-to-end sourcing, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing of land and infrastructure investments in renewables. Build financial models, prepare Investment Committee and board materials, manage portfolio performance, shape firm investment strategy, and cultivate developer, utility, and investor relationships.

Provide transactions support for real estate acquisitions for wind and solar projects: draft/review deeds, PSAs, leases, easements, coordinate due diligence, resolve title issues, negotiate with landowners/counterparties, manage external counsel, and coordinate closings.

As an Investment Associate, you will build financial models, support investment analysis, implement process improvements, and manage datasets, requiring strong analytical skills and investment banking experience, preferably in renewable energy.
