Manage day-to-day office operations and vendor relationships, handle procurement and inventory, and support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, and process improvements to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and positive workplace.

Lead product marketing to define Remedio's market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for autonomous remediation. Lead technical discovery, demos, and Proofs of Value with prospects; partner with sales through deal close; enable customers for adoption; represent the product at events; collect field feedback to influence product roadmap and ensure long-term customer success.

Lead design and execution of Remedio's channel program: recruit and manage strategic partners and distributors, build partner-led GTM and distributor motions, manage Channel Account Managers, align cross-functional teams, and drive measurable partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

Lead a core product domain end-to-end: define strategy and roadmap, prioritize features, drive discovery and delivery with engineering, and validate solutions with enterprise customers to scale device posture management across millions of endpoints.

Design, write, and maintain automated test plans and suites across backend, UI, and endpoint sensors. Build regression, component, and end-to-end tests, debug flaky tests, expand OS test matrix (Windows, Linux, macOS), and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable releases.

Lead and mentor the Sensor engineering team to design, architect, and deliver cross-platform sensor/agent components. Own end-to-end delivery, write high-performance Go or C++ systems code, ensure code quality and testing, collaborate with Product/Research/Backend, and remain hands-on solving complex systems-level problems across Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Build and maintain scalable, resilient backend systems to report and remediate device vulnerabilities. Own features end-to-end, design for high scale, implement CI and containerized deployments, and lead architectural changes.

Manage and expand Remedio's channel partner ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and activating resellers, MSSPs, distributors and SIs. Drive partner-sourced pipeline through joint account planning, co-selling, deal registration, and partner campaigns. Track partner performance, coordinate cross-functional enablement, support distributor operations, and represent Remedio at partner events to scale channel go-to-market motions and revenue.

Lead modernization of core platform by analyzing systems, designing scalable dual-use (SaaS and on‑prem) architectures, building migration roadmaps, partnering with product and engineering, mentoring developers, and staying hands-on with POCs, evaluations, code reviews, and production monitoring.

Design, build, and maintain large-scale test infrastructure and automated test suites across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Orchestrate cloud and VM environments, expand testing matrix, debug and optimize test execution, collaborate with engineering teams, and develop tools to automate manual processes.
