Senior Backend Engineer

Remedio is a profitable cyber company that leads the Device Posture Management space for enterprise organizations, with customers like Amazon, Colgate, Coca Cola and FIS.

After a long time of bootstrapped profitability, Remedio raised $65 million to increase our team. You will be the backbone of this growth, joining the core team to set the excellence standard for engineers to come.

As part of the backend team, you will play a critical role in making sure vulnerabilities from millions of devices are reported and remediated remotely, allowing for full visibility and control in huge organizations.

• Own Features End-to-end, from the design phase working with product and other stakeholders, through development using the best AI tools available, and making sure the feature landed for customers
• Build for scale, making sure all aspects of our system are ready for organizations with hundreds of thousands of devices
• Create resilient systems that are able to weather temporary downtimes and high peak loads.
• Plan and execute architectural changes, predicting issues and preparing their solutions

• At least 5 years of experience developing scalable backend code in high level languages, with preference for Go.
• Experience working with cloud environments
• Experience owning feature development from end-to-end, taking it from idea to production
• Experience building testable code, writing CI scripts
• Experience working with containers and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning cutting-edge technologies
• Ability to self-educate, working independently
• High motivation and a team-oriented mentality
