Support forecasting, scheduling, intraday monitoring, and reporting for voice, email, and chat channels. Provide data-driven staffing recommendations, run workforce meetings, adjust schedules, and deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses to meet service level objectives.

Lead architecture for the Chemistry Domain (Reaxys), define technical roadmap, drive AI/data innovation, ensure governance, embed security/compliance, monitor domain health, and guide cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
