Leads a high-volume automotive finance and insurance department across multiple dealership brands. Responsibilities include coaching and holding F&I managers accountable, overseeing deal structure and desking practices, ensuring transparent product presentation, managing contracts in transit, maintaining lender and compliance relationships, improving funding processes, and driving customer experience, profitability, and department performance.

Lead and support the Audi sales team: communicate with staff and management, use CDK to desk deals, recruit and train salespeople, monitor performance, resolve customer conflicts, and attend meetings and training to drive highline auto sales.

Sell vehicle finance and insurance products to dealership customers. Requires previous automotive dealership sales experience. Drive revenue through F&I product presentation and closing; participate in training and follow dealership policies. Compensation is commission-based with benefits and 401(k) match.
