This is a high-volume, fast-paced, high-responsibility leadership position for a proven F&I professional who knows how to lead from the front, develop people, create accountability, and produce results without compromising integrity or the customer experience. Above all, this leader must demonstrate our culture of taking care of our people and our customers first.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Lead and develop a department of F&I Managers with varying levels of experience and skill while setting a clear standard for performance, accountability, communication, and customer experience. This position works closely with our Controller and Administrative Office and reports directly to the GSM.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable a department of F&I Managers

• Oversee F&I performance across Toyota, Used Cars, Lexus, BMW & Audi

• Oversee sales-manager desking practices, deal structure, and F&I processes

• Ensure products and needed coverages are presented transparently and based on customer needs

• Manage CITs with urgency and accountability, maintaining our standard that no contract exceeds 10 days in transit

• Maintain strong lender relationships, compliance, and funding processes

• Protect and improve customer experience, department performance, culture, and profitability

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Proven automotive dealership management and F&I leadership experience

• A measurable track record of managing people and producing results

• Strong knowledge of desking, lenders, compliance, F&I products, deal structure, and profitability

• Ability to coach under-performers, develop talent, and challenge top performers

• Ability to identify problems quickly, take ownership, and drive solutions

• Strong communication, organization, urgency, and follow-through

• Comfortable making decisions, having difficult conversations, and holding people accountable

• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
