Create CAD models and drawings, perform packaging and tolerance analyses, integrate DFM choices with manufacturing, manage BOMs and configuration in PLM, and support fabrication and release activities using NX/Teamcenter.

Manufacture Thermal Protection System components and subassemblies for the Terran R vehicle. Perform adhesive bonding (surface prep, adhesive mixing, application, vacuum bagging), follow engineering drawings and procedures, operate hand and pneumatic tools and MES to document production, troubleshoot routine production issues with engineers and quality, and support downstream operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Own and execute manufacture, test, and delivery of high-volume vehicle subassemblies. Develop and release build flows, work instructions, and test procedures. Support first-article builds and provide hands-on floor support to resolve issues, drive root-cause corrective actions, and coordinate across design, supply chain, production, and test to enable scalable production.

Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex electrical systems for launch infrastructure. Direct technicians, estimate materials, verify repairs to code, mentor junior staff, and enforce safety practices. Support construction projects, facility upgrades, and operations in changing conditions including outdoor and non-standard shifts.

Perform CFD analyses for combustion device hardware (injectors, thrust chambers, heat exchangers, igniters); review test and flight data to validate models; collaborate with hardware designers using thermofluid expertise; develop analysis approaches to reduce design iterations; apply scripting for engineering workflows.

Set up and operate CNC machinery, monitor production schedules, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications while continuously learning and adapting to new technologies.

Design, analyze, size, and test primary and secondary flight structures (thrust structure, tanks, interstage, fairing). Use CAD (NX/Creo/SolidWorks), perform FEA (Nastran/ANSYS) and hand calculations, release drawings, support manufacturing process development and hardware test campaigns, and own designs from requirements through production.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot AC/DC electrical distribution and equipment supporting launch infrastructure and facilities. Perform construction and upgrade electrical work, diagnose issues, complete repairs per codes, implement safety measures, estimate materials/labor, and support operations including outdoor and non-standard shift work.

Lead and grow the Stage Materials & Processes Engineering team to develop, qualify, and support materials and processes for Terran R stage systems. Collaborate across vehicle, manufacturing, NDE, quality, and supply chain teams; drive dispositions, risk mitigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions; manage budgeting and staffing; set technical and leadership standards.

Support corporate legal operations: maintain entity records and filings, manage board/stockholder documentation, assist financings and due diligence, administer equity plans, negotiate NDAs, support investor relations, and provide litigation administrative support.

The CNC Programmer develops programs and G-code for multi-axis machines, optimizes production processes, and collaborates on tooling and manufacturing plans.

Lead the design, development, and integration of a wideband UHF shallow radar sounder for a Mars orbiter. Own system design, waveform trade studies, hardware prototyping, calibration, testing, spacecraft integration, spectrum licensing, and on-orbit commissioning while collaborating with science partners and cross-disciplinary teams.

Lead Linux systems administration for on-prem and cloud production environments supporting manufacturing and engineering. Deploy, configure, automate, patch, and tune systems; support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backups; troubleshoot network/system boundaries; mentor junior admins and standardize operational processes.
