Manages all hotel information technology operations, including networks, WiFi, servers, telephony, workstations, PMS, POS, cybersecurity, backups, and user support. Oversees technology budgets, vendors, contracts, inventories, compliance, and multi-year roadmaps. Leads system deployments, building technology integrations, audiovisual support, access control, and connected systems while documenting procedures and reporting incidents, projects, and budget performance to management.

Lead the commercial strategy for two luxury hospitality properties in Luxembourg. Develop accommodation, food and beverage, events, group, MICE, corporate, and private venue business. Manage a five-person commercial team, set objectives, oversee forecasting and reporting, strengthen CRM usage, and build long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners while coordinating with hotel operations to ensure excellent service delivery.

Promotes Relais & Chateaux hotels to travel trade and MICE accounts across the UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Responsibilities include growing revenue, managing agency relationships, supporting VIP bookings, representing the brand at events and sales trips, organizing sales activities, developing account marketing plans, and collaborating with member hotels and global sales teams.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, work permits, employee records, probation monitoring, contract renewals, employee queries, HR reporting, compliance, audits, and policy implementation across a hospitality collection. Partner with department heads to maintain accurate documentation and support efficient HR operations while handling confidential information discreetly.

Own the hotel’s commercial strategy across rooms, food and beverage, and events. Lead sales, key accounts, pricing discussions, revenue optimization, event conversion, digital marketing coordination, OTA relationships, reporting, and forecasts. Coach the sales and events team, negotiate contracts, represent the castle at trade shows, support event delivery, and participate in the Duty Manager rota.

Supports the North American Global Sales team by coordinating events, sales missions, conferences, and FAM trips; maintaining CRM and event records; assisting with key accounts, commissions, payments, preferred partner programs, and VIP hotel confirmations; and providing administrative support. The role builds relationships with member hotels, travel agencies, and internal teams while contributing to revenue reporting and sales operations.
