Welcomes spa guests, schedules and coordinates treatments, maintains guest profiles and preferences, communicates with therapists and departments, processes charges, supports retail sales and inventory, and maintains reception-area readiness. The role requires polished hospitality, discretion, organization, multitasking, computer proficiency, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Welcomes hotel guests, manages reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, responds proactively to guest needs, provides personalized recommendations, and coordinates with housekeeping, dining, concierge, and maintenance teams. The role requires exceptional customer service, discretion, organization, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. It is full-time during summer and part-time during the academic year.

Welcomes and registers spa guests, explains services, manages telephone and online reservations, recommends treatments and products, responds to inquiries, resolves concerns, verifies billing, and delivers personalized five-star service according to Relais & Châteaux standards. Requires professional, organized, customer-focused behavior, strong teamwork and initiative, bilingual French-English communication at C1 level, and computer proficiency.
