Oversees engineering, landscaping, maintenance, building systems, and facilities operations across multiple luxury properties. Leads preventive maintenance, energy management, staffing, budgeting, safety compliance, permits, vendors, contractors, and large-scale capital improvement projects. Develops maintenance and capital plans, supervises teams, coordinates with hotel leadership and regulatory agencies, and ensures safe, efficient, attractive facilities supporting guest and employee operations.

Manage all aspects of the Ancient Cedars Spa, including guest service, team leadership, staffing, scheduling, payroll, hiring, performance management, cleanliness, health and safety, budgeting, retail sales, and administrative operations. The manager works hands-on at reception and covers treatments as needed, addresses guest concerns, supports team development, attends management meetings, and ensures compliance with luxury hospitality standards.

Lead proactive commercial sales for two boutique hotels by developing outbound campaigns, partnerships, corporate and leisure accounts, event bookings, and new customer segments. Build relationships across regional and national markets, represent the hotels at industry events, and create profitable opportunities across accommodation, food and beverage, spa, events, and experiences. Support marketing, PR, social media, and brand positioning while tracking commercial performance and converting opportunities into revenue.
