Full-time UX/UI Design Intern supporting user-centered design for websites, applications, and digital campaigns. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups; assisting with user research and usability testing; developing personas and information architecture; applying design systems; reviewing accessibility against WCAG and Section 508; participating in critiques; and documenting design decisions. The role is in-person in Alexandria, Virginia, and runs January through May 2026.

Supports Reingold’s compliance program through risk assessment, ISO 9001 internal audit development, contract administration, regulatory reporting, compliance resource creation, and research on laws, regulations, ethics, and contract requirements. The intern collaborates with finance, legal, and program management teams, tracks contracts and renewals, maintains documentation, and develops recommendations for improving compliance processes.

Manage and execute telehealth implementation and outreach campaigns for the Veterans Health Administration. Develop campaign plans, messaging, toolkits, presentations, training assets, webinars, forums, and multimedia materials to drive provider adoption and connect underserved Veterans with care. Coordinate stakeholders, support live virtual events, track campaign metrics, and refine outreach tactics based on performance data. Mentor junior teammates and collaborate with VA partners, clinical teams, and community organizations.

Designs and develops engaging, accessible virtual training programs for government-sector clients using instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include needs assessments, learning objectives, storyboards, scripts, guides, assessments, simulations, quality reviews, SME collaboration, developer coordination, and pilot-based revisions. The role requires collaboration with clients and project teams and may be fully remote or hybrid.

Supports the People & Experience team with recruitment coordination, HRIS and ATS administration, data entry, policy updates, compliance research, employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, onboarding, offboarding, and special projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and an interest in employee experience. This is a full-time, in-office internship in Alexandria, Virginia.

Supports communications consultants with project coordination, timeline management, document organization, meeting notes, content drafting, stakeholder research, and operational initiatives. Coordinates work across digital marketing, video, graphic design, digital experience, and editorial teams. The full-time, in-office internship provides professional development and experience in marketing and communications.

Supports project management teams through expense research and validation, travel policy assistance, SOP development, quality control, process improvement, financial project management, tool development, and project reporting. The intern must be highly organized, proficient in Excel, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently under tight deadlines. The role is full-time and fully in-office in Alexandria, Virginia.

Supports proposal development from solicitation review through submission, including research, writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, compliance documentation, and meeting coordination. Maintains proposal trackers and content libraries, monitors deadlines and requirements, and tracks team schedules. The internship is full-time, in person, and focused on learning how communications agencies bid for and win work.

Build and manage Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer workflows, data models, integrations, email campaigns, deliverability processes, preference centers, reporting, and testing. The role owns campaign execution from audience targeting through deployment and optimization, maintains documentation, and explains technical constraints to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include SQL and JavaScript development, schema management, CRM and analytics integrations, authentication and list hygiene, compliance with CAN-SPAM, and cross-channel journey delivery.

Coordinates digital marketing projects and client accounts, gathering requirements, maintaining roadmaps, managing budgets and timelines, tracking KPIs, and removing blockers. Supports paid media, email, and SEO execution, QA, A/B testing, analytics, and client recommendations. The role guides Agile and Kanban workflows, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and develops client relationship ownership while working in an AI-forward agency environment.
