Safely receive, label, organize, audit, store, and issue customer vehicle keys during valet operations. Greet and assist guests, monitor electronic vehicle notifications, communicate with valet staff and managers, maintain secure key storage, and promptly report incidents or safety concerns. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and security awareness while working flexible shifts outdoors.

Supports the Regional Controller with revenue data entry, monthly close, financial reporting, account and bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. Collects parking-system data, prepares financial statements and reports, assists with audits and consolidations, and ensures accounting procedures are followed accurately and on time. Collaborates with internal finance, accounting, intercompany, and external audit stakeholders while providing reporting insights and maintaining financial records.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, commercialization, and lifecycle of commercial data products. Conducts customer and market discovery, translates needs into product requirements, partners with data and engineering teams, manages launches, and drives adoption, revenue, operational improvement, and measurable business outcomes. The role also provides cross-functional product leadership across commercial, technical, and business stakeholders.

Greet guests, direct traffic, issue tickets, perform vehicle counts and daily patrols, assist guests with parking questions, report incidents, and maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking facility while working with operations leadership and teammates.
