The SOS Coordinator supports financial operations and payment processing while also handling operational escalations, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflows across regions.

Analyze historical demand, occupancy, transactions and competitor pricing to optimize daily, monthly, and event pricing. Build dashboards, deliver revenue insights to leadership, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing to implement pricing and promotional strategies while maintaining data integrity.

Greet guests, direct traffic, issue tickets, perform vehicle counts and daily patrols, assist guests with parking questions, report incidents, and maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking facility while working with operations leadership and teammates.

Support and lead daily shuttle and parking facility operations, supervise and schedule staff, manage client relationships, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, handle incidents, analyze operating reports to meet budget goals, and act as second-in-command in the Operations Manager's absence.
