Analyze historical demand, occupancy, transactions and competitor pricing to optimize daily, monthly, and event pricing. Build dashboards, deliver revenue insights to leadership, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing to implement pricing and promotional strategies while maintaining data integrity.

Identify and develop new B2B parking and real-estate opportunities in Calgary. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, maintain detailed pipeline and site performance, prepare client materials and meeting notes, engage stakeholders, and travel within territory. Support operations and special strategic projects.

The role provides frontline operational support, resolving inquiries via various channels, coordinating with teams, maintaining data accuracy, and conducting QA checks.
