Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, commercialization, and lifecycle of commercial data products. Conducts customer and market discovery, translates needs into product requirements, partners with data and engineering teams, manages launches, and drives adoption, revenue, operational improvement, and measurable business outcomes. The role also provides cross-functional product leadership across commercial, technical, and business stakeholders.

Greet guests, direct traffic, issue tickets, perform vehicle counts and daily patrols, assist guests with parking questions, report incidents, and maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking facility while working with operations leadership and teammates.

Provide frontline operational support across phone, email, chat, and forms; resolve time-sensitive inquiries; coordinate with cross-functional teams; maintain accurate account notes and data in SharePoint/Confluence/Lotbook; perform QA checks, system testing, and escalate complex or recurring issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
