Lead end-to-end U.S. payroll operations, ensure compliance with payroll laws and controls, manage payroll systems and vendors, coach the payroll team, resolve escalated issues, and drive process improvements and reporting for accurate, timely payroll delivery.

Perform recycling and housekeeping tasks in a production facility: monitor and remove trash, bale recyclable materials, support production flow, operate baling equipment safely, and follow company safety and quality procedures.
