Lead design, development, validation, and implementation of integrated electromechanical automation and material handling systems. Produce 3D models, drawings, wiring diagrams, programming, and safety features; drive NPD phase-gate and supplier development; mentor engineers; own domain standards; collaborate cross-functionally and support customer field investigations. Travel up to 30%.

Manage day-to-day cart maintenance site operations, supervise drivers and yard technicians, perform a reduced-volume service route, own site P&L, ensure DOT/safety compliance, deliver timely customer service, and drive operational and financial performance.

Manage order fulfillment from entry through production: process orders, check inventory (IML/brand plates), plan production balancing capacity and cost, coordinate with Sales, Shipping and Freight, maintain floor stock, use RMS and JDE/Excel, perform root cause analysis and A3 problem solving to resolve scheduling and service issues.

Own and grow a multi-state territory by prospecting new customers, expanding existing accounts, and delivering quota through consultative selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and strong customer relationship management.

Supervise weekend warehouse/manufacturing operations, lead and develop team members, enforce safety and cleanliness, allocate resources, collaborate with leadership, and support daily performance and employee communication.

Provide administrative support for a manufacturing/warehouse plant including scheduling deliveries, processing paperwork (BOLs, audits), preparing production/inventory/transportation reports, administering payroll/timekeeping and employee records, customer service, and general office duties on an 8:00AM–5:30PM Wed–Sun shift.

Supervise and lead a production shift in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Enforce safety and SOPs, coach and discipline staff, meet production and quality targets, complete shift documentation, operate forklift, maintain housekeeping and sanitation, and perform hands-on physical work (lifting up to 70 lbs).
