Inspect, sort, and dismantle whitewood pallets for repair or salvage. Operate table saws and power/hand tools to cut, repair, and restore components. Maintain a clean, safe workspace, meet production and quality targets, and follow company safety protocols.

Support plant operations by planning, designing, and implementing equipment, machinery, and automation. Lead continuous improvement, safety risk reduction, technology/automation initiatives, and projects on time and on budget. Travel up to 30%.
