Maintains reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure across organizational facilities. Monitors performance and capacity, administers network, server, cloud, voice, endpoint, security, and facility technology platforms, resolves escalated incidents, implements infrastructure changes, and supports new-facility deployments.
