Leads enterprise data and analytics transformation, including Snowflake platform strategy, reporting modernization, AI-enabled automation, data governance, predictive analytics, and executive insights. Builds and manages analytics teams, oversees enterprise data warehouse development, establishes responsible AI controls, manages budgets and vendors, and partners with senior leadership to improve business performance, credit outcomes, and customer results.

The Senior Database Administrator manages Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments, including administration, security, backups, high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, troubleshooting, database development, ETL, reporting, and automation. The role participates in on-call support, leads incident resolution and root-cause analysis, partners with stakeholders, establishes database standards, and mentors junior and mid-level team members.

Own marketing analytics for personal lending campaigns and customer lifecycle programs. Analyze acquisition, conversion, credit performance, profitability, and customer behavior; build segmentation, predictive models, dashboards, forecasts, experiments, and automated data workflows. Partner with Credit Risk, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to optimize targeting, offers, channels, and return on capital. Present insights to senior leaders, ensure data governance and reproducibility, use generative AI responsibly, and mentor analysts.

Leads the company’s end-to-end IT SOX program, including planning, risk assessment, scoping, walkthroughs, ITGC and application control testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation validation, and management reporting. Coordinates with external auditors, IT leaders, control owners, and business stakeholders to ensure controls support financial reporting. Reviews audit workpapers, maintains documentation, mentors audit staff, and improves control efficiency through rationalization, automation, and standardized processes.

Remotely assist current and prospective borrowers with personal loan solutions. Present products, process and underwrite applications within guidelines, close loans, manage payments and fees, support delinquent accounts, and build customer relationships by phone and electronically. Track performance goals, maintain account standards, and deliver strong customer service in a flexible Monday-through-Saturday schedule.

Conduct IT audits and SOX 404 testing across IT general controls, automated controls, system-generated reports, applications, cloud environments, and cybersecurity processes. Analyze data using SQL, Python, Power BI, and related tools; identify deficiencies, assess risks, document conclusions, evaluate remediation, and support audit planning, external auditor coordination, continuous monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

Develop and enhance dashboards and reports, perform forecasting and trend analysis, reconcile source-to-reporting data, partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytic solutions, support EDW development and data governance, and present data-backed recommendations to improve business processes.

The Director of Digital Marketing will lead digital strategy, team management, customer acquisition, and analytics to enhance the digital presence and growth of loan origination within a consumer finance organization.
