Oversees financial statement preparation, general ledger operations, cash flow reporting, accounts payable, sub-capitation payments, reconciliations, internal controls, compliance, and accounting process improvements. Manages healthcare accounting activities, supports financial planning, collaborates with medical providers and leadership, and coordinates special projects. This is an on-site leadership role requiring extensive healthcare, health plan, and managed care accounting experience.

Provides strategic leadership for analytical operations, finance support, HCC, and project management teams. Oversees data warehousing, database administration, data marts, SQL development, workflow and application design, reporting automation, dashboards, hospital contract modeling, and financial analysis. Manages staff performance, improves operational processes, leads special projects, and develops tools that support executive decision-making and organizational efficiency.

Provides high-level administrative support to Marketing leadership across four locations. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, staff and training coordination, expense tracking, report preparation, documentation, confidentiality, and cross-functional administrative oversight. The role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, Microsoft Office proficiency, and independent collaboration. Experience in medical group, managed care, healthcare operations, information systems, clinical applications, and MS Project is preferred.
