Assist broader marketing initiatives and experiment with new content formats and influencer or UGC programs.

Lead and scale the engineering organization: own technical strategy, delivery, and operational maturity. Build and mentor a team, define engineering standards, drive DevOps and infrastructure reliability, manage technical debt and incident response, and contribute hands-on to architecture and implementation to enable rapid, reliable marketplace growth.

Provide multi-channel (phone, SMS, email, Slack) real-time support to retailers and workers across US markets; review I-9s, onboard and hire workers, triage and escalate issues, handle volume spikes, craft responses, and improve operational processes.
